Is this directly traced from the show, or are you simply that awesomely amazingly skilled at imitating the show's style?
No offense intended either way.
Pinkie's left hind leg looks a bit strange; the upper part looks like it's connecting through the clothing, making the hoof look almost disjointed from the rest of the leg. If the knee was trimmed a bit so that the outline didn't reach all the way up to the upper part of the sock, or if that entire part was moved to the left, it might look better.
The "scrunchy face" might call for a thicker connection between the parts of Pinkie's mouth, specifically the part closest to the jaw. It'll make Pinkie look a bit more confuzzled.
The white of Pinkie's right eye doesn't extend all the way to the outline; this is a tiny thing, but it's still noticeable.
The separation between foreleg and sleeve has the cuff neatly cut off. It would look more sleek if you extended the edges of the sleeve a bit so it fit one constant, parabolic curve.
97% of this is perfect; just a few touch-ups are really needed for this to be spot-on.
